At Mau, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel in its original condition. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, our team is here to ensure your exchange or refund is effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached back into their original packaging or a secure mailer to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
